International Thespian Society

We are Troupe 7944
The International Thespian Society, named for Thespis, the first actor, is an honor society for theatre. Students who earn the privilege of membership may proudly claim to be a member of an honored group of theatre students.
Students will be informed at the end of each school year of their eligibility. By registering for Thespians, students will be eligible to perform a one-act for adjudication for the CA State One-Act Festival, the CA State Thespian Festival in March, and hopefully be eligible for the International Thespian Festival in June, based on previous performances.
This group will run with a board, under the prescribed bylaws of The International Thespian Society, receive training at the Thespian Leadership Conference in Sept., raise awareness of our own Drama Department, as well as being arts ambassadors.
